As Short As I Go

And maybe I shouldn't really be going this short, but I love this Ace & Jig tunic/dress anyway.

Perhaps it's more of a personal risk, since I never wear anything more than 2-3 inches above my knee...sometimes I think this length actually makes my legs look shorter.  (I feel this way about cropped pants too.)  Anyway, I envisioned it with black jeans and a different pair of shoes for fall when I purchased it, but it's so soft and lightweight, it was perfect for our spur of the moment evening of art and ice cream...

Mango rose pistachio ice cream with strawberries...yum!!

How short is too short?  How short do you go?

Ooh, how I love that tunic - the color is perfection! I definitely don't think it's too short - I have shorts that are shorter than that. As long as you keep it classy (as you have), you're good.

Yayay for pistachio ice cream. That is one of my Top 3 favorite flavors!! :)

I love short things. Short shorts form the 70's is a bit too short for me but I would wear it around the house ;) xx

I don't think I should be allowed to ever comment on how short someone's outfit is because I constantly wear booty shorts. It's okay, though -- I have a nice butt.

I'm sort of the same too, I never like things to be too short, but I think as long as your not flashing any bum cheek then it's fine! Hah!
It's definitely not too short, as you still look really classy & you definitely have the legs to pull it off! :)

Hmm..how short is too short? Good question! Maybe if it's too short to squat down to pick up something?

Or how about as long as the person is wearing it is comfortable, that's all that matters?

I really like the stripes on your dress!

I never go above my knees. I have short legs and I'm short all around, but still to me anything above my knees is just weird (to me, at least). I have a much classier line of the body when things are at least to my knees. Makes me feel like Audrey Hepburn.

Not too short for sure! Especially considering that the dress is quite a conservative and simple style, so the length is just fine :)

I once accidentally wore a tunic as a dress...And I wore it downtown, for brunch with my boyfriend. It was, embarrassing to say the least. I couldn't understand why I kept getting "looks". I would say that was too short.

Your dress however, is not a tunic, and I think it looks lovely!!

That tunic looks so good on you! And you should keep going for that short; you rock it so well and your legs are lovely. :)
